Is cheaper better? One may argue that it is but when you really think about the fact that a hamburger costs $1 vs. a salad that costs $5, you realize that it really isn't better. Many families can't afford to go to fast food chains and buy a few meals of the healthier options and usually get resort to the dollar menus where they can get really unhealthy foods for cheap. This infographic shows the amount of calories you get per dollar at various fast food chains. I leave you with this question: will you sacrifice your health for a few extra dollars?
