How To Make SautéedTuna Fajitas
This is for anyone who likes Mexican food but want to stay on the healthier side. Here is a lean protein packed alternative to eating at Qdoba. Before you say “eww” I would like to remind you that a ½ can of tuna is packed with about 10g of protein per 50 calories, and is high in omega-3 fatty acids which are the good types of fat. Other than the nutritional facts, tuna tastes pretty good! If you are trying to shed off the extra pounds, please consider trying this great recipe. This recipe makes 4 servings and can be made in under 25 minutes*
Ingredients
2 cans (5 oz each) drained or 1 pouch (5 oz or 6.4 oz) tuna
1/2 medium red and green bell peppers, and white onion, julienned
1 tablespoon salad oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon taco seasoning
4 flour tortillas (9")
DIRECTIONS
