4 by 4 Full-Body-Workout

Here is a quick workout to get your body pumped up and get your day going. Try this 4-by-4 workout when you are pressed for time and want to have a full body workout. You need little to no equipment besides a jumprope and yourself! Here it is do 10-15 reps of each exercise:

Strength

  • Pushups/ Dips
  • Alternating Lunges
  • Squat Press
  • Back Rows

Cardio

  • Burpees
  • Jump rope
  • Squat Jumps
  • Jumping Jacks

Abs

  • Planks
  • Leg Lifts
  • Bicycle Situps
  • Reverse Crunches

Cardio

  • Squat Jumps
  • Mountain Climbers
  • Side Lunges
  • High Knees
